The Advisestream service (the “Service”) is made available to you based on your enrollment with City University of New York under the University’s subscription agreement with Advisestream, Inc., and by accessing and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

You can designate your agreement to these Terms of Use by checking the “I Agree” box below.
You have a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited permission to access, display, and utilize the Service, for your personal, legal, and non- commercial use, by using your institution email as your user name and using your Advisestream assigned and/or reset password, or your institutional NetID credentials. Your login is personal to you and may not be used by anyone other than you. It is your responsibility to safeguard your login and password credentials and immediately notify Advisestream of any unauthorized use or breach of security using the “Support” button available on all screens.
Service begins once your password has been confirmed by Advisestream and ends either when you are no longer enrolled at City University of New York under their prehealth advising program, or at any time upon your failure to comply with these Terms of Use.
